You like pretty books, right?
Well, there’s this publisher that goes above and beyond when it comes to making desirable books. The Folio Society is a UK-based publisher of hardbacks only and their books are beautiful. They publish illustrated editions of classics of fiction and non- fiction.
Just take a look at these examples of their awesomness.

And the price? Well, Dune will set you back 75 pounds. That’s about 120 dollars. Yeah, they’re not cheap.
So. Which one did you like the best?

If I had to pick one, I’d go with Gatsby. You couldn’t pay me to read “Lord of the Flies” again. I’m still traumatized from reading that one in high school.

I read it a year ago, and wasn’t all that impressed. Certain images remain in mind though, so it has some staying power.

I was gonna say Lord of the Flies was my pick! Given, I haven’t read it since high school. ;) Beloved is beautiful, too.
